We have a small library of Christian books which is regularly updated by our librarian Ralph Ireland. The library is open after the church services each week, and there is no charge for borrowing books. Contact Ralph for more information.

Each term we recommend a number of books to help you either if you are interested in finding out more about Christianity or to support our current teaching series. Go to our "World we all Want" page for details on books to help if you would like to find out more about Christianity. Our current book recommendations to support our teaching series are below. These books are usually for sale in the foyer of the church at discounted prices.

Latest Book Review...

The Christianity Explored paperback book, written by Rico Tice and Barry Cooper, is a jargon-free introduction to Jesus Christ.

Drawing from the book of Mark in the Bible the book explores who Jesus was, what his aims were, and what it means to follow him.

Concise, entertaining and honest, it is an ideal book for anyone with little or no experience of Christianity.

We offer Audio CDs of recent sermons for sale in the church foyer each week as well as the opportunity to order from our extensive back catalogue. Also available are MP3 downloads of selected sermons and talks from special events. Full details on how to access this service can be found on our audio page.

Pete Woodroffe

Pete Woodroffe, married to Liz is our treasurer- he has a PhD in Maths and teaches it in a local school so is well qualified!! Please get in touch with him if you would like to discus regular or tax free giving to the church. He can be contacted through the church office. Also download our "Giving to the Gospel" leaflet that provides more information and also gift aid and standing order forms.

Robin Shaw

Robin Shaw is our property manager and is responsible for the maintenance of the building and surrounding grounds. There are always many jobs to be done so contact Robin through the church office if you would like to help in any way with the practical tasks that help keep our very well used building operating smoothly. Contact Angela in the church office for any information on booking the church for an event of any kind.
